Hello everyone! Another day but no money. You know originally the post that I did about the truth of Parents for Children (Scam), was going to be a small post to relieve me of any involvement with such an unscrupulous bunch of individuals.

Of course for some reason or another these things never work out like you want them to. Besides just what kind of a guy would I be, if I let some corrupt group or a lawyer that has serious problems with ethics, take advantage of people that are in the same boat as I am.

I’ll tell you, I wouldn’t be the guy that you all know and love, that’s for sure.

In todays post I will be showing you some emails that I have permission to print. The people involved are Dan Wilson (Parents for Children) Ken Wiggins (webmaster for Parents for Children) and by permission an e-mail from Joyce Welsh (www.cccjustice.org and Contra_Costa_Family_Court_Abuse@yahoogroups.com)- correspondence from Parents for Children and an individual that will be called ommitted (identity ommitted due to current circumstance that could have been alevated if Dan Wilson would have complied to his words, and therefor lack of any promised actions).

Ok, before we begin allow me to set the stage so to speak. Joyce Welsh and the group in California who are trying to correct the unjust legal system that they are currently in, and are really honestly trying to change the way the system works in the county where they live in California, have several times asked for Parents for Childrens help.

I personally have talked with them several times in the past and all in all I would have to say that we are friends, because of the courts system, whom we have the same goals.

It was brought to Joyces attention that Parents for Childrens website had received a lot of complaints from litigants in California who were before Commissioner Berkow or affilated court officials, in Contra Costa County. Joyce even went as far as mailing several complaints to head officials such as President Bush, Dick Cheney, Governor of the state of California, Commission on Judicial Performance, FOIA, Judiciary in D.C., even the FBI- no cost to Dan or his website, but his advertisement attached in the letter for good faith on Joyce's part. It was acknowledged that this did occur, as Dan received a letter asking to delete an address, from the Safety Board in California.

Now at this time in the game it was believed that we were all on the same team. Joyce made several attempts to contact Dan Wilson to request that the people that had made complaints about court officials in Contra Costa County, CA be redirected to their webpage or their groups webpage at yahoo groups. A reasonable request I would think. I mean after all we are in MI and they are in CA, the names are of no use to us.

Below you will find just what transpired through the email between these people over these names. You will find that Parents for Children held these names hostage for advertising space.

In the case of Parents for Children it is clearly that they are not in it for the children or anybody else for that matter unless it lines their pockets.

I know for a fact, Joyce mentioned that Dan would also get a 'lawyer' to represent the group in California, she knew the fees were an offset to "Locating such a lawyer". No one trusted what was promised by Dan because he NEVER followed through with the simplest request of providing contacts, or as we suggested e-mailing those complaintants our information in order to join together (knowing there are hundreds of complaints already).

I'm not looking to get the list. All I was asking for, all be it not very well, is if you can send an email to them exposing them to the Yahoo Group.

If they are interested they will come to the group if not, that is okay as well.

What he means is he wants you to put together a rally in front of the Contra Costa Court House, using the PFC "trademark" green signs. Has to have at least five people. Some women in it are preferred. Pictures for proof.

I will publish your pictures on the PFC web site, and give you all the help I can. Including giving you a "page" on the PFC site. I'll send out emails too - more than just one if you need. I can't easily separate out Contra Costa, but can hit all that are from CA. There are quite a few.

But ya gotta meet his "requirement" first. I can even give you some help on how to publicize a rally cheaply and effectively.

We will not do this. The unfortunate thing is Dan is using Parents For Children.net for commercial reasons and his actions show just that.

We were planning on promoting your site; however we will not do so under these circumstances.

Thank you very much for reading this very long post, I think that I made my point. It is people and groups like Parents for Children that make this problem even much worse than it needs to be. I have personally handed out over 30,000 flyers for this group that now I regret doing so. Something needs to be done, won't you help to right this wrong. Pass the word, Parents for Children is a Scam.
