Hello everyone, hope that you all had a great Xmas, I didn't, the x wifey, Christine Miller made sure that I wouldn't get the children for the holiday's. Actually I now have yet another court date on January 2, 2007 where this issue will be decided. However the Holidays Xmas and New Years will have already passed.

If the judge does decide to uphold the referees ruling, how do I get my Holiday visitation back? It's already gone.

This woman will stop at nothing to interfere with my time with my children.

I will be going for a change of custody soon, I have plenty of ammo.

The lawyer in question is none other than Parents for Children's own Janet Frederick-Wilson.

There were more comments but they have been removed by the people at LawyerRatingz.com per the request of someone questioning the validity or some such nonsense. More likely than not either Dan Wilson or Janet herself.

So why am I showing you this?

As you already know Parents for Children is nothing but an advertising campaign for Janet Frederick-Wilson. This bring up some serious ethics questions about both parties, and is in a way nothing more than an ambulance chasing tactic by this lawyer, interesting isn't it.

This also brings the question of morals and professional ethics, but I think that I will be saving that for a post later this week.

In any case I would like your opinions on this, if you dare. Please be honest and keep the profanity to a null, this is after all a family type of site.
