Janet Frederick-Wilson And The PFC Scam

Hello everyone. As we were going over some of the vast amount of information that we have received concerning the issues from the Parents for Children.net scam. We have uncovered many issues that are very disturbing when it comes to ethics, as well as moral values. We have also uncovered many possible illegal activities on the part of Dan A. Wilson, Janet Frederick-Wilson and the Parents for Children Group.

Since we intend to bring charges upon all three. We need to establish that they are indeed one in the same.

In an older case in Lapeer County, Michigan case # 00-028799-CZ. Where Janet Frederick-Wilson sued her own cousin, who was employed by her as well as several of her own clients (names withheld at this time) for more than 2 million dollars apiece.

Janet Frederick-Wilson attempted to claim that Parents for Children, and her husband Dan Wilson had nothing in common with her and her law firm other than the fact that they were married of course.

This is simply not true, and I am one of the witnesses to this. Remember I was once upon a time a very close member of Parents for Children group myself.

Parents for Children shares the same physical address as the law firm. Dan Wilson is the Founder of Parents for Children. Dan Wilson is also the office manager of the law firm. The majority of the flyers that are handed out on the street are printed at this office, along with any other PFC business is conducted at this office.

According to the Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct, Rules 5.1 - 5.6 Law Firms and Associations
Rule: 5.3 Responsibilities Regarding Nonlawyer Assistants
With respect to a nonlawyer employed by, retained by, or associated with a lawyer:

(a) a partner in a law firm shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the firm has in effect measures giving reasonable assurance that the person's conduct is compatible with the professional obligations of the lawyer;

(b) a lawyer having direct supervisory authority over the nonlawyer shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the person's conduct is compatible with the professional obligations of the lawyer; and

(c) a lawyer shall be responsible for conduct of such a person that would be in violation of the rules of professional conduct

Lawyers generally employ assistants in their practice, including secretaries, office managers, investigators, law student interns, and paraprofessionals. Such assistants, whether employees or independent contractors, act for the lawyer in rendition of the lawyer's professional services. A lawyer should give such assistants appropriate instruction and supervision concerning the ethical aspects of their employment, particularly regarding the obligation not to disclose information relating to representation of the client, and should be responsible for their work actions and performance.

Pictured in the photo below is Janet Frederick-Wilson, who is not only participating in the picketing of the Emmet County courthouse, but holding a picket sign as well. Clearly it could be said that she has an interest in Parents for Children.

In closing for today I ask you this.

What kind of a person or attorney for that matter, sues their own cousin/exemployee and several of their own clients?

I would have to say, one that is running a scam to survive. Would you want this type of person representing you?

Have a great day.
