What will it take to put a stop to con-artists, Dan A. Wilson, and his wife, Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson?

What you will see below, is just one more example, of how these con-artists use the media, to help promote their scam. Here is the article they are running on their Yahoo Groups page. Notice in the photo there is a news van from WDIV channel 4 Detroit. A well placed line in their article reads ”We got the coverage and broke the ice for the other groups in the Detroit area who can't get media coverage.” That line alone makes it sound as if they had media support that no one else can get. Truth is, I haven’t found any article, or news story that supports their claim.

Now picture if you will, an unsuspecting, desperate parent, who’s children have either been taken away by cps, or are in the process of being taken away by means of a divorce or something like that. Wouldn’t you want the best that you could get to resolve the problem?

The problem here is that they are not even close to being the worst person that could assist you. They are only in it to clean out your wallet, purse and your bank account.

The article, now becomes a permanent part of the display portfolio, which is used to con the unsuspecting person. After all, they were endorsed by the media (even when they weren’t) on several occasions, why not hire them.

A con mans game is only as good as his props. The best con artists make careers out of being thought of as one of the good guys.

The idea, how to we break the news blackout in the Detroit Metro Area blackout of Family right issue coverage. One Detroit hero Sam Briggs, one determined right group Parents for children , an attorney not afraid to walk the picket line, Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson and a new fathers right hero's, Lary Holland & Randy Scott. Not the issue, but a diversion of the issue but the safety of people who have to use the court. On a normal day 200 to 400 parents and countless other professionals come to the Lincoln Hall of Justice in Detroit, this is the forgotten Court. what was the issue that brought parents and Attorneys together for a common cause. Cars broken into in broad daylight. We got the coverage and broke the ice for the other groups in the Detroit area who can't get media coverage. One small step for parents one Giant step for Michigan in bringing back the economy. power to the people.

Hello, it has been brought to my attention that you have, most likely, been an unwitting participant in Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson’s, Parents for Children Scam.

Confused? Allow me to explain.

Parents for Children and Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson, use any and all articles placed in print to promote their scam, even if they have to slightly alter them in some cases.

The article you wrote on February 6, 2008, Security outside court slammed, is just another piece of positive propaganda that they can use to make unsuspecting parents believe that they are indeed trying to help instead of just getting their money, which is their real objective.

By exploiting your article with a catchy headline like “Wayne County Commissioners make $68,000/yr plus benefits for 15 of them - totaling nearly $1,100,000. But they can't afford one security guard to ensure the public safety of their own "Hall of Justice." “

The article, while innocent enough, and truly a problem issue, now becomes just another ploy that Parents for Children will use to gain parents confidence. Parents for Children will use this article to make people believe that they not only have media support, but that they are also actively trying to make a difference.

I have personally done several blog postings exposing both Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson, and Parents for Children and their scam. (see links below, these are just a few of the articles, I have many)

Of course since you do not know me, I wouldn’t want you to just take my word for it. Try this link to the Lawyers Rating site, and see just what other people think of this con artist.

Just once, I would like to see the media informing the people of a potential, dangerous, con artist, instead of promoting the scam and helping the con artist out.

Are you worried about a libel law suit?

If that were the case, as an attorney, even a half assed one, would surely have sued me already, unless what I am saying is the truth, and I could prove it.

What A Good Day To Do A Post About Nothing

Hello everyone.

It has been brought to my attention that some of you may actually miss me, why?

I have heard rumors that I have moved to another blogging site.

Well let me tell you something, you can’t get rid of me that easy. There is no place that I would rather call home than here, with the likes of all of you. A strange bunch we may be, but at least for the most part we all get along. Besides I like each and everyone of you, and you for some reason tolerate me.

Just because I haven’t done a post for a couple of months, doesn’t mean that I haven’t been here now and then. It merely means that I have had nothing to say, I know that is hard to believe.

Anyway my time has not been wasted and I expect to be doing a post in the very near future.

Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson's Parents for Children Scam

The object of any con game is to cause you to part with your money or other things of value. Most con games are initiated by people who approach you on the street. These crooks get you to come to them.

Thats right. Dan Wilson and his wife Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson have developed the perfect con game.

Al Capone once said "It's strange that men should take up crime when there are so many legal ways to be dishonest." It's almost as if they knew each other.

Every day unsuspecting citizens are swindled out of their savings by con artists; smooth talking, often convincing criminals who seek by various schemes to separate honest people from their money. But when an attorney does it, it is no less a crime. They should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Developed by Dan Wilson the "Parents for Children Scam" is Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson's bread and butter.

When you are offered a deal that sounds too good to be true, chances are that is just the case. It's a con game or swindle. Most of us think that we couldn't be tricked into handing over our hard-earned money for "phony" deals. But these confidence artists are experts in human psychology and behavior. They know how to gain your confidence with smooth talk and a self-assured manner and a few convincing props that they manufactured just for the occaision.

How does it work?

Well you are already most vunerable before you contact them, the Family Court System has seen to that. You tell them your story, this is where the con begins.

Dan Wilson will advise you that what they like to do is to hand out a few fliers around your local court house. Perhaps setup a meeting at your local BigBoy with a few others that are in the same situation.

What they are actually doing is trolling for clients that they can con out of their money.

At the meeting Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson will speak to the group for a few minutes and then so will Dan Wilson. They may even bring along a couple of other people to verify their track record. They will present you with fake press releases,, and other photos of some of the work they have already done just to gain your confidence.

At this point they are only looking to get you to commit to a non refundable retainer. After they get it, they will assess just how much they can get out of you before they give you the brush off.

Once they have your money they will become harder to contact. If you push too hard they will claim that they cannot work for or with you.

Believe me when I tell you, they had no intention of helping you at any time. It was all about the money.

I have personally seen this happen to several people. I know how they work. When I found out what they were doing I quit and began to expose them to anyone who would listen.

When I was with the group I was personally involved in setting up positive propaganda for the purpose of gaining clients for Janet Frederick-Wilson. These photos were faked at every event.

These criminals prey primarily on CPS cases, parenting time issues, and anything that involves the Family Court System. Every one of us is susceptible; men and women, the successful and the unemployed, working people and the retired. You could be approached by these con artists almost anywhere.

Be suspicious of ANY plan, idea, scheme, business deal or whatever that requires you to part with your money.

You can't recognize a con by the way he or she looks or even by who they may be. Even a lawyer can be a bigger crook than you want to believe.

Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson, Con Artist Extraordinaire

Today I was looking over a few postings that have been done online about Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson. These posting were not done by me or anyone that I know of, yet they depicted the true Janet Frederick-Wilson as a crook, shyster and all purpose con woman.

How is it that this attorney can still operate throughout the state of Michigan?

The Michigan Court of Appeals has on a couple of occurrences found her to be more than incompetent.

Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson is obnoxious and discourteous to not only the people that she claims to be defending, but to others in her own profession as well.

Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson has sued several of her own clients, including a relative.

Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson has screwed over more clients than most lawyers throughout the state, yet she has managed only one suspension from the attorney grievance committee.

Attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson has committed fraud, broken the law, perjured herself while under oath, and totally disregarded all the rules for professional conduct, yet she is still operating as an attorney in the State of Michigan. WHY?

Because she has a great scam going, that’s why.

Dan Wilson, Janet’s husband and so called office manager, also runs Parents for Children a group that is supposed to help you resolve the problems with the Family Court System by means of public awareness.
This is a scam.

Here is how it works.

Say that you are having issues with the Family Court System. It could be any number of things from CPS to Parenting Time or Custody Issues. You have already lost all faith that there is any justice whatsoever in the system.

Somehow either you find them or they find you, but you make contact with Parents for Children, this is where the scam begins.

Since the Parents for Children Scam is rather lengthy I have decided to do this in two posts, the second half will be posted on Monday Nov 5th.

If you are having any doubts that I am telling you the truth in this matter, I can assure you that if I wasn’t they would have sued me already and you wouldn’t be reading this page. But since it is the truth there is nothing that they can do.

The Ex Wife And Parents For Children

Well it has been awhile since I did a post concerning the x wife or Parents for Children. There have been a number of reasons why one of which is because of our situation here. That problem solved, I think that it is time to get on with my postings.

As most of you know from previous postings that I took a stand against Parents for Children, as they are con artists who prey on the already dead broke parents and their children for profit. I exposed them and attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson for running this scam.

From to moment that I began to name names, Dan Wilson along with his wife, attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson began to retaliate. This was to be expected given their track record.

At some point my X wife fell into their clutches. Contact was made between the parties and the plotting to do me in began.

At some point they contacted they Macomb County Friend of the Court regarding issues concerning my disability, to which has gone unquestioned because I have had documentation from two doctors to support my claim.

On August 28th 2007 I had to appear before a referee for a evidentiary hearing because Janet Frederick-Wilson as a witness for my x wife claimed that she had employed me as well as claiming that I told her that I was committing fraud against the Court system.

The hearing held before referee Lisa Goldstein was pretty much a joke. They refused to allow me to enter into evidence documents from my doctors. They allowed testimony from a lying, crooked, incompetent attorney Janet Frederick-Wilson even though I could prove that she was on a vendetta, because of the fact that I exposed her money making scam.

The court however did not make a ruling that day. They opted to send me the ruling. According to their own rules this must be done within 21 days. It was sent out almost 30 some days later and I received it two days after that.

Of course I disagreed with the findings and filed for an appeal to be heard before a judge. We are awaiting a trial date at this time.

What are they hoping to accomplish with all this?

There are a number of things of which I am not at liberty to mention at this time as part of my strategy to finish this once and for all.

I can say this however. When the smoke clears and all is said and done I expect that both the X wife and Janet Frederick-Wilson will not only be extremely disappointed in the outcome but will also wish that they never started with this course of action against me.

I do expect the State Bar of Michigan as well as the Michigan Attorney Generals Office to take action against Janet Frederick-Wilson. I also will expect the judge to consider removing custody of my children from their mother and placing them with me.

Well this is all I can give you about this matter for the time being.

Webdesign and Javascript, Making it Work

Hello everyone. Well I finally think I have figured it out, or at least enough to get up and running til the next change.

It wasn’t really all that hard when you really look at it. Of course it was not your run of the mill change the art work to make your design fresh makeover either.

I learned quite a bit about classes and div’s and aliening things up, but it was worth the time invested. And by doing it by the trial and error method, I think that I learned a lot more, even if it did take longer. After I could put things where I wanted them, figuring out the placement of the variables was a cinch.

Ok so enough about the page, what about the javascript. Well as many of you know for one reason or another we are not allowed to use javascripts here in our blogs, but it can still be done.

Even though you may look at the source for my page you will see no javascript however I am still running it remotely hosted so that I can track my visitors every movements. I still can see where they come from and for my puposes it is fine.

How is it done? By setting up remote scripting thru Iframe. Simply put you go out and get a free hosting account. Hookup a simple webpage where you can run javascript. Then setup a simple Iframe.

Simple HTTP via a hidden IFRAME Using an IFRAME in conjunction with a script on your web server or a database of static HTML files, is by far the easiest of the remote scripting options available. The IFRAME has been part of the HTML specification since version 4 and is supported in nearly all modern browsers. On the server, you can use your scripting language of choice to process page requests made to the IFRAME.

Hello in doing my new template I wanted to use one that had a different image for the header and a different image for the body and a different image for the footer. That part was easy.

I then decided to get rid of the tables but this became a problem. Looking over several other template designs I figured that it could be done but I'm just not very good at it.

Some of it worked and some of it didn't. oh well there is always tomorrow.

Anyway the shout box that I use allows me to use java script so my tracking script works just fine and so will my slide show, that is as soon as I get a few more pics in it.

Don't ask. I am working on a new template.

Just thought that I would let everyone know that I am here, not that it's that big of a deal or anything.
